Welcome to Handyman Services Inc. Today is your first day as a manager at the Wreckridge office.

You'll be receiving calls to fix broken stuff at peoples' apartments in this beautiful still growing town. And your responsibility is to send our employees to fix it.

There are four types of disasters occurring in the buildings: gas leaks, pipe leaks, electrical issues, and broken appliances. You need to prevent them all, or you'll receive a monetary penalty.

 Depending on your income, you can hire more skilled specialists. Some are generalists, while others specialize in a specific disaster (they can cover for each other, but will it be effective?).

  If you run out of money... We will find another manager who knows how to distribute the budget!
